Phase-1: Underwater inspections of the 55-meter deep intake pipeline (which was not supplying water) were conducted. Water was pumped into the pipeline from the onshore tank using a 37 kW pump to detect blockages. Additionally, underwater inspections were carried out for the 45-meter intake line. Phase-2: Excavation of the 55-meter deep intake pipeline, where a crack was detected on the flange; removal of the surrounding blocks, welding repair, and reinstallation of the pipeline. Cleaning of the intake mouths at -55 m, -45 m, and -25 m depths; joining of open flanges; application of clamps to cracked areas; and finally, testing and commissioning of the entire pipeline system.
